But a phone form only works if it's fast and if it refuses to submit without the fields that make a ticket usable. Make everything optional and people skip everything. A form with 4–6 mandatory fields gets filled out consistently. A form with 12 fields gets abandoned or filled with junk.

A P1 is an active hydraulic leak on the only working planter during planting, a person-safety hazard, or an irrigation break during a heat stretch. Everything drops for it.
